Are your items new or pre-loved?

We carry a mix of both! Each product description clearly states if an item is “New with Tags” (NWT) or “Pre-loved.” All pre-owned items are carefully inspected to ensure they meet our high quality standards.

Are the luxury items authentic?

Absolutely. We have a zero-tolerance policy for replicas. Every designer purse and pair of shoes undergoes a multi-point inspection for authenticity before being listed.

Is the makeup safe to use?

Safety is our priority. All makeup and skincare items are guaranteed to be brand new and unopened in their original packaging. We do not sell used or swatched beauty products.

How fast do you ship?

We know you’re excited! Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package hits the highway.

What is your return policy?

Because we are a small resale treasure chest, all sales are final. However, if we missed a flaw or sent the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to global shipping soon, so keep an eye out for us!
